Payment Terms:
A 50% deposit is required on all orders before production can begin. Orders are non-cancelable once production begins. Balance is due before shipment. Shipping and crating costs will be quoted F.O.B. Highland Park, Illinois and will vary depending on distance to final destination and type of piece ordered.

Production Time:
Allow 3 to 4 weeks for production. Please let us know if you need faster service and we will do whatever we can to expedite your order.

Damages in Shipment:
All claims on apparent or concealed shipping damage should be reported to Out-Front Design, Inc. immediately! Save any damaged pieces and all packing material. Any claims for visible damages should be immediately reported to the transportation company. (UPS or Other)

Warranty:
Each hand-crafted piece is unconditionally guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for one year from date of shipment: All returns must be authorized and shipped freight prepaid.
